Dr. Christina Crawford

Dr. Christina Crawford completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A. T. Still University. She is currently researching falls and fear of falling to complete a PhD in Human Services and Counseling with Capella University. As a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy she is focused on empowering older adults to live and function optimally. Dr. Crawford utilizes telerehabilitation services to engage individuals wherever they are with a focus on increasing access to rural communities. As a dedicated leader in telehealth, she trains staff and strives for innovative expansion, process improvement, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. She has also completed the Advanced Credential Exercise Expert for Aging Adults and advocates for staying active at all ages. She has served as a volunteer author with the American Physical Therapy Association and Arizona Telemedicine Program for online public education. She also serves as an Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy Advocate for Arizona and promotes the use of evidence-based practice and services.
