About the event
Thank you for your interest in participating in the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) Older Adult Fall Prevention Learning Community Series.
The Learning Community was designed to provide participants with the opportunity to hear from expert speakers, interact and engage with local health departments and EMS agencies looking to strengthen their fall prevention initiatives, and provide access to tools and resources to support local fall prevention efforts.
